We are delighted to share the successful completion of our Mental Health Workshop at Hindustan University, which saw active participation from over 200 students across multiple departments.
The workshop was facilitated by Ms. Kirthana Purushothaman, Psychologist, who engaged students in meaningful discussions and provided practical insights into mental health.
The interactive sessions helped students:
