On October 7, 2025, CTTE College for Women hosted an insightful Mental Health Awareness Workshop titled “Therapy is a Tool: Breaking Stigma & Building Resilience.” The workshop aimed to educate students about mental wellness, self-care, and practical strategies to manage stress and maintain emotional balance.
Dr. Sangeetha, Director of Psychological Services, and Ms. Jaya, Program Coordinator from Dhruti Trust, led the session, guiding students through interactive discussions and practical exercises focused on mental health awareness. Their expert guidance helped students understand the importance of self-care, recognizing stress triggers, and adopting healthy coping strategies.
