Mental Wellness Workshop at Hindustan College of Arts & Science

Dhruti Trust successfully conducted a Mental Wellness Workshop at Hindustan College of Arts & Science (HCAS) for 100+ first-year students representing various academic departments. The one-hour interactive session, facilitated by Ms. Amirthavarshini M, Counselling Psychologist at Dhruti Trust, focused on promoting emotional well-being by helping students recognize emotions, manage stress effectively, practice self-care, and develop healthy coping strategies.

Throughout the workshop, students actively participated in discussions and activities designed to encourage self-awareness, emotional resilience, and positive mental health practices. The session created a safe and supportive environment where students could openly reflect on everyday challenges while learning practical techniques to improve their well-being.

Workshop Impact:

Many participants also expressed interest in future programmes featuring hands-on activities, real-life case discussions, and continued mental wellness initiatives.
