Beyond Burnout workshop — Building Resilient Faculty, Stronger Institutions
On August 13, 2026, the Department of Psychology at Asan Memorial College of Arts and Science conducted an impactful faculty development workshop titled “Beyond Burnout: Building Resilient Faculty, Stronger Institutions.” Held at the MBA Conference Hall, the event brought together 70 faculty members to address workplace stress, personal well-being, and institutional resilience.
Led by Dr. Sangeetha Shanmugam, Program Director of the Saraathi Program, the interactive session offered practical strategies for navigating professional pressures while fostering a balanced life.
