Dhruti Trust conducts workplace wellness sessions for Greater Chennai Corporation officials to help manage stress and workplace demands

Corporate-style workplace wellness training has been introduced for Greater Chennai Corporation (GCC) in collaboration with CREDAI Chennai Foundation to help them cope with manage stress and workplace demands.

The sessions are being conducted by Dhruti Trust and focus on helping officials handle communication with seniors, contractors, and the public in a composed manner, while developing the presence of mind to respond appropriately in difficult situations.

On the first day of the programme, 350 officials participated. The sessions aim to guide GCC staff in navigating workplace pressure through appropriate channels and in accordance with rules. Additionally, the programme creates awareness about the importance of family breaks, long leave, travel, and overall personal well-being.
