
Mental Health Awareness Workshop-SICE
Our recent Mental Wellness Workshop received overwhelmingly positive feedback from participating students.
The interactive session covered essential topics such as coping strategies, self-care, understanding mental wellness, and dispelling common myths about mental health.
Students shared that they felt more confidentin managing their well-being and expressed a strong interest in continued engagement through WhatsApp tips, advanced training sessions, and counseling opportunities.
